If you go to Disney Springs, then you will want to eat at the Rainforest Café because the erupting volcano will be worth the entire visit. All you need to do is request a table by the alligator in the front of the restaurant and check out the volcano. Then you can go to the lava lounge for a drink or eat at the Rainforest Café with a really stunning animal theme. The Edison at Disney Springs is one of the newest attractions in the park and it is totally centered on Thomas Edison and electricity. It is a restaurant and lounge that we discussed earlier, made to look as if it is a converted power plant. The Edison offers cocktails, high-quality American food and interesting entertainment that you won’t find anywhere else. For the most part, this is a place you can bring your kids, but on the weekends only those 21 and up will be allowed to enter due to the burlesque show.
