The resort presentation will include a fun and informational tour of the host resort's property that will explain the benefits of vacation ownership.
This is a highly discounted, non-refundable rate. After initial 14-day processing time, dates can be booked with a 45-day advance notice.
Your accommodations will be at Summer Bay Resort, or similar, and your 120-minute sales presentation will be at an Exploria Resorts property such as Summer Bay Resort. Once your reservation is confirmed by the host resort, you will be sent an email confirmation that provides the location of the welcome center where you will check in and your sales presentation.
Promotional Qualifications :
I understand that I am required to attend a 120-minute resort preview sales presentation to receive this discounted rate.
You must be a married or cohabitating couple. Both partners must check-in and attend the presentation together and both must be between the ages of 25 and 79 (Married and Cohabitating couples must provide government issued I.D's with matching addresses of residence). No Singles Accepted.
You and your spouse must have a combined annual income of at least $65,000 U.S. Dollars or greater. Child support, alimony, disability, or unemployment income does not apply.
You must check in with Valid Photo Identification, such as a valid, not expired, Driver's License, state issued identification card or a Passport, AND a valid MAJOR CREDIT CARD. NO Debit or Pre-Paid Cards will be accepted.
All guests must undergo a soft credit screening.
This offer is not open to those that live within a 50 mile radius of the property or to those that reside in any of the following counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole or Polk.
You must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States or Canada.
All participants must read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the aid of an interpreter.
Participants that have attended a sales presentation within the last 18 months or those that are scheduled to attend, for any other vacation or travel related product or service in connection with StayPromo, are not eligible. Employees of Summer Bay Resort, Exploria Resorts, or any affiliated company and property owners with Summer Bay Resort or Exploria Resorts are not eligible. Guest cannot have attended a tour with Summer Bay Resort or Exploria Resorts within the last 18 months and cannot have toured more than twice in a lifetime.
No Pets are allowed with the promotional offer.
Guests cannot be in a current bankruptcy or an open mortgage modification.
Any gifts, such as tickets or gift cards, in this package will be provided after successful completion of the required sales presentation.
StayPromo holds no discretion over the qualification requirements for participation in the resort preview. The qualifications have been set forth by the hosting resort developer. If StayPromo believes that the qualification requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
If for any reason StayPromo is made aware that the presentation or accommodations are not available for your selected travel dates in the selected hotel/resort, StayPromo reserves the right to offer you alternate accommodations (Note: Additional costs may apply for alternative accommodations) or a full store credit of monies paid to StayPromo available for a full year from the original date of purchase. We will not assume responsibility for Acts of God or any purchases made in correlation with this trip including, but not limited to, airfare or attraction tickets.
If for any reason StayPromo is not informed of additional guests that are traveling ahead of your scheduled arrival date, the additional guest rate offered by StayPromo will not apply.
Failure to meet the above mentioned qualifications or attend the required sales presentation will result in a charge back for all room nights, at an additional nightly rate, plus the forfeiture of all monies previously paid towards the package price.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To Reschedule Your Reservation:
StayPromo offers a flexible rescheduling policy in the event of a change of plans or emergency.
If you provide 7 days advance notice, you can reschedule your dates for free (as long as new dates are available and do not have any surcharges). Please note that if you don't give us at least 7 days notice, a short-notice reschedule fee of $100 will be charged.
Canceling Your Reservation:
StayPromo understands that occasionally, you can't reschedule your trip and will have to cancel your reservation. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 7 business days prior to your arrival date. You will have a full 12 months store credit from the date of purchase to rebook different dates with a 14 day advance notice, based on availability. The credit will be for the full purchase amount and can be used towards any promo on StayPromo.com for up to 12 months. If you are booking with less than 7 days advance notice of your check-in date, the free cancellation period does not apply and short notice cancellation of confirmed dates will incur a $100 fee.

NO refunds will be given for No-Shows, early checkouts or any unused nights.
